1. Really interesting, Ludwig. More evidence for me of the wisdom seen in nature.

   1. Years ago we used to collect fresh-fallen muscadines. They are ok to eat, but make superb jelly. Our forest has shrunk to just a narrow strip. We now leave the fallen fruit to the deer, rabbits and other creatures that still make their home in our woods.
